New to The Lounge for Spring 2009 is a traditional men's wet shave . Stationed in a private corner in the basement area of the salon, The Lounge wet shave is a deeply relaxing experience, and is the ultimate in male grooming. The shave begins with aromatic hot towels to soften and prepare the skin. A bristle brush is used to apply men-u shave cream which lifts the stubble for the closet possible shave. The first shave clears the stubble and is followed by a second shave which ensures a very close shave. The shave is performed with an open straight razor (cut throat) using disposable blades and ensuring a close and hygienic shave every time. Our post shave treatment involves the application of a concentrated post shave protective moisturiser which soothes and calms the face. The shave is finished with a cold towel and a final application of moisturiser. All this is priced at a great value introductory rate of £12.50 and takes around 30 minutes.

The Lounge uses men-u products, the leading industry brand, during the shave process which can all be purchased for home use.
